🌸 Spring Renewal Retreat

A Half-Day Immersive Experience of Nature, Healing & New Beginnings

🌿 An Intimate, Guided Retreat Experience

This offering is intentionally small, slow, and deeply held.

Guided by Samantha, Beth, Mom, and a small trusted circle, this retreat is an invitation to step out of the noise and into connection — with nature, with the animals, and with yourself.

No rushing. No overwhelm.

Just space to breathe, receive, and gently renew.

While the full experience is designed as a complete, unfolding journey, we also understand everyone is in a different place. There are a few ways to join us — whether you feel called to immerse fully, or simply come spend time on the land.

🌞 Arrival & Grounding

1:00 – Arrival & Soft Landing

Settle in, walk the land, meet the animals, sip tea, and arrive at your own pace.

1:30 – Opening Circle with Jasper 🐐

🌷 “Awakening the Seeds of Renewal”

Welcome, friends.

Breathe in the softness of spring — the earth awakening beneath your feet, the quiet return of warmth, the subtle stirrings of life.

Today is not about doing more.

It is about remembering, receiving, and allowing.

We honor this land. 🌿

We honor the animals — our teachers in presence, trust, and authenticity. 🐐🐴

And we honor each of you — exactly as you are, arriving exactly as needed.

🌾 Collective Intention:

“May we soften into the season of renewal, allowing what is ready to bloom within us to gently unfold.”

🌳 Nature Immersion & Gentle Movement

2:00 – Guided Nature Walk: “Awakening the Forest”

A slow, mindful walk with moments of stillness, breath, and quiet observation.

3:00 – Goat Yoga / Gentle Flow in the Meadow 🧘‍♀️

Playful, heart-opening movement alongside our goats.

🌿 Deep Healing & Integration

4:00 – Sound Healing Journey 🌸

A restorative sound bath using bowls, tuning forks, and gentle vibrational support.

5:00 – Optional Bodywork & One-on-One Support

Short, intuitive sessions may be available, or you may choose to rest, journal, or simply be on the land.

🌾 Connection, Reflection & Stillness

5:45 – Animal-Assisted Meditation 🐐🐴

6:15 – Journaling & Reflection

🔥 Closing Circle & Bonfire

6:45 – “The Circle of Renewal”

As we gather once more, we give thanks —

to the land, to the animals, and to one another.

🌾 Collective Blessing:

“May what has been planted here today continue to grow with ease…”

Nature Walks with Jasper and friends

Date: Sundays
Time: make an Appointment
Duration: 30-60 minutes
Participants: Jasper and friends

Agenda:

  1. Meet at the Farm Entrance
Gather at the barn entrance to begin the experience. Take a moment to introduce everyone, share a brief overview of the day’s activities, and set expectations for the walk.

  2. Connecting with Resident Animals
The first stop will be at the animal pens, where you’ll have the opportunity to interact with the farm’s resident animals. Learn about each species, their roles on the farm, and how they contribute to farm life. Take the time to observe their behaviors and enjoy the connection with nature.

  3. Exploring the Farm's History
After visiting the animals, continue the walk towards the historical sites on the farm. An informative discussion will provide insights into the farm's origins, its development over the years, and the stories that have shaped its character. Engage with Jasper and friends by encouraging questions and sharing interesting facts.

  4. Enjoying Peace and Solitude
As the walk progresses, allow moments of silence for everyone to appreciate the natural surroundings. Encourage participants to take deep breaths and soak in the tranquility that nature offers. Perhaps include a short mindfulness exercise, focusing on sounds, sights, and scents of the farm.

  5. Wrap-Up
Conclude the walk back at the barn entrance. Reflect on the experiences shared, and allow everyone to share their favorite moments from the walk. This is a great opportunity to bond and foster connections among participants.

Preparation Tips:

  • Wear comfortable walking shoes.

  • Dress for the weather conditions.

  • Bring water and snacks if desired.

  • Consider bringing a camera or notebook for capturing memories or thoughts from the walk.

  • As the weather warms, please make sure to use your choice of insect and tick repellant.

Enjoy the experience and the beauty of the farm!
