This all-levels class blends the gentle principles of Thai yoga and restorative movement to support balance, core stability, and deep nervous system rest. Sam guides you through slow, mindful sequences with the help of bolsters, props, and hands-on support — allowing your body to feel grounded and safe from the ground up.

Each class is tailored to the needs of the individuals in the room, offering modifications and personalized guidance so everyone can move at their own pace, with purpose and presence. Poses are held longer to encourage release, alignment, and awareness, while gentle education and meditation are woven throughout to deepen your practice from the inside out.

No one is left behind — and no flexibility is required. Just come as you are.
